Introduction

This statement is made in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and has been made in respect of Bellrose Homes Limited. All references to ‘we’ or ‘us’ or ‘our’ in this statement refers to Bellrose Homes Limited. 

Structure

Bellrose Homes Limited is a privately owned residential developer based in Lincoln. Our business involves the design, build and sale of new homes ranging from smaller three bedroom townhouses to larger detached family homes.  We strive to build high quality sustainable homes, providing housing solutions across the county of Lincolnshire.

Our position

At Bellrose Homes Limited we have a zero – tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking.  We are committed to ensuring that there is no Modern Slavery or Human Trafficking, in any part of our business or our supply chain.

Employees

Bellrose Homes pays all employees at least the National Minimum Wage.  We have procedures in place to check the following documentation of all direct employees, to ensure the legality of their employment:

  • Identity Check.

  • Their eligibility to work in the UK.

  • They have a personal bank account for wage payment.

  • They have a CSCS card.

Our Supply Chain

Our supply chain includes professional consultants, building contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers of materials.  We make enquiries to ensure that our suppliers and sub-contractors enforce a zero - tolerance Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking policy, within their own businesses. We try to source all our products from UK suppliers, with whom we have an established relationship and who adhere to the Modern Slavery Act.  Bellrose Homes Limited will not deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.
