New Homes Better for the Environment
All our new build homes are built to the highest standards, which include energy efficient appliances, lighting and the use of air source heat pumps. Our homes are highly insulated in roof space and wall cavities, benefiting from the latest in double glazing window design; this results in a warmer house that saves money on your energy bills and reduces your impact on the environment. You can expect your new Bellrose home to receive an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) rating of A or B, giving you peace of mind that your new home is better for the environment.
When picking sites for our new homes, we give careful consideration to the locality of public transport and local amenities so that our customers are not reliant on using a car. We also provide the option of installing an electric car charging point on our new homes, to help reduce your carbon footprint.
Bellrose Homes is committed to preserving bio-diverse habitats on all our sites. With this in mind, we design and plan all of our homes around tree and wildlife preservation and always install bat and bird boxes where we can, to encourage bio-diverse habitats.
